APPLICATION INFO
Surface Preparation: New concrete must have a 28-day cure and be applied to a clean/sound substrate that is free of laitance and curing compounds. Mechanical preparation by means of shot-blasting or diamond grinding to a minimum of a CSP 2/3 as defined by ICRI, then properly vacuumed to remove any remaining dust.
Mixing: Mix both components for approximately 2-3 minutes. CAUTION: if mixing solvent-based products with an electric drill, sparks may ignite solvent odors. Whenever possible use a battery-operated cordless drill.
Applying Product: Apply #1070 with a squeegee, brush, or high-quality non-shed roller. Only mix the amount of product that can be properly applied within 10-15 minutes. Backroll the material in the opposite direction of how it was squeegeed onto the surface. DO NOT TURN THE MIXING VESSEL (BUCKET) OVER ON THE FLOOR IN AN EFFORT TO UTILIZE THE ENTIRE CONTENTS.
Typical Coverage will be between 100-300 square feet per gallon. This will vary depending on the surface to which the mixed product is applied.
