The Decorative Flooring Group offers many of the same features as our industrial floor coatings , while providing attractive and pleasing decorative surfaces. These decorative floor coating systems create a seamless and sanitary surface wearing surface which is extremely durable and capable of lasting longer than more traditional flooring products.  They are also easy to clean and maintain saving you money over more tradition floor coverings that are difficult to clean and require waxing. Thermal-Chem’s decorative floor systems can be installed with a cove base, are low odor during installation, are USDA approved, and comply with Federal VOC guidelines.

Decorative Epoxy Systems:

  • DecoEssense 787:  Epoxy seamless system that combines a blend of metallic pigment with a clear polymer matrix to produce a three-dimensional look with incredible depth and vibrancy.
  • DecoFlake: Combines the durability and toughness of our industrial  epoxy and urethane coatings with vinyl flakes for very aesthetically appealing yet protective floor.
  • DecoQuartz: Seamless flooring system that combines the durability of our epoxy and urethane resins with the beauty of colored quartz aggregate.

 

Epoxy Top Coats for Decorative Systems:

  • DecoWear 745: A water-clear clear, 100% solids epoxy base coat for use with DecoQuartz decorative flooring system. May be used as a topcoat where UV exposure is limited.
  • DecoTop Clear Plus 3.0 707: A rapid cure epoxy clear base or top coat for use with our decorative flooring systems. Excellent resistance to water spoting, impact, abrasion and many common chemicals.Our best clear epoxy topcoaat.
  • DecoTop Clear 748: Is our mid-level, clear epoxy polymer topcoat. Specifically formulated to be a finish coat Has good UV ,Chemical , and abrasion. resistance
