BERT NEULAND

PRESIDENT

Bert Neuland serves as President of Thermal-Chem. In this role, Bert leads an experienced and knowledgeable team dedicated to concrete repair and protection. He believes that easy access to this team is what sets Thermal-Chem apart in the coatings industry. Previously, Bert became seasoned in the resinous flooring industry as a successful coatings contractor for 16 years before being acquired. Through millions of square feet of varied concrete conditions, he’s had the opportunity to provide successful solutions. He also brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, developing his passion for the customer experience along the way.

RAY HURLEY

VP OPERATIONS

Ray Hurley has been with Thermal-Chem for eight years, acting as Vice President for the last five. Prior to that he spent ten years as the Marketing Manager with another Industrial Flooring Manufacturer. He believes Thermal-Chem is uniquely positioned with its 47 year history, modernized operations, and experienced leadership team to provide their customers with a combination of proven coating systems and unsurpassed customer service and support.

Michele Matozzi

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Michele has been with Thermal-Chem for 13 years as Customer Service Manager. Prior to that she had 12 years experience working for one of Chicago's largest floor cover businesses. Michele has an in depth understanding of the challenges contractors face in the field on a day to day basis. With an extensive knowledge of Thermal-Chem's product lines and applications she prides herself on going above and beyond for her customers.

I can't really say much as this was my first time here. We ordered a product for patching some curb & gutter which holds up pretty good. The first time we used this product it was full 5 gallon buckets and we did have a hard time as the product started getting hard rather quickly. This time we had them break it all down in half.
