Production Lines

The production of pharmaceutical products comes under the most stringent of varying Federal agencies in ensuring the finished product is effective as well as safe for patients.  The areas require a completely seamless surface from ceiling to walls to cove base and a floor that will provide the protection needed.

Hallways  

The corridors especially in the operating areas will require the same infection control as the operating suites. A hallway that passes the same stringent testing as the clean rooms is vital, to avoid any cross-contamination

Laboratories

These are the areas where our medicine is developed and tested.  These areas also need the same protection as both the production line and hallways.  Thermal-Chem offers a broad range of solutions.  These laboratories may also use harsh chemicals during their development of products, Thermal-Chem has a full spectrum of topcoats that are USDA, CDC and FDA approved.
