3-PART AGGREGATE-FILLED EPOXY SLURRY
A two-component, 100% solids, epoxy polymer coating system for use as a Top Coat over ArmorPrime or the ArmorBond base coat system. ArmorTred is designed to be a durable, high gloss, and protective coating system that is available in variety of slip- resistant textures; and provides good impact, abrasion, and chemical resistance to most common chemicals in most light-to-medium duty industrial applications.
ArmorTred is formulated for interior use only and for use in temperatures above 13oC (55o F). ArmorTred can provide permanent long lasting protection for a number of substrates and is USDA approved for use in meat and poultry plants, meets VOC guidelines, and contains no volatiles.
ArmorTred can be applied as a neat mil application by a roller or as a thicker, self-priming, self-leveling slurry when combined with selected Thermal-Chem aggregates.

LIMITATIONS
- Excessive scratching and blows from heavy falling objects may show on surface
- Must be applied on dry surfaces only
- Restricted exposure to harsh chemicals
- Suitable only for interior applications
- Direct sunlight may cause some discoloration
APPLICATION INFO
ArmorTred was designed for use with the ArmorBond base coat system or as a two coat thin mil system; and can be applied over the VaporGard for applications where hydrostatic or vapor transmissions could pose a potential hazard; and can be used with any of the Thermal-Chem companion products or repair items. ArmorTred can be applied as a topcoat finish for the ArmorBond system or as a coating system with varyingtextures using aluminum oxide or other aggregates; by one of the following means:
- Roller and paint tray
- Squeegee and back rolled
- Scrape troweled & back rolled
- Notch trowel or aggregate as slurry system
