SINGLE STEP TROWEL FLOORING SYSTEM
A two-component, epoxy polymer with one bag of special graded silica has been designed as a Resin Rich Single Step 1/4″ troweled overlay. This system provides a smooth dense finish (with optional texture) for interior concrete floors requiring enhanced impact, abrasion and chemical resistance properties. It can be installed over dry or moist substrates down to 45°F (5°C). The ArmorClad RR system is self-priming, can be screeded and troweled. A slight back roll brings resin to the top and seals the system. Aluminum oxide can be broadcast to create a finished texture.
One gallon of 737 ArmorClad RR when mixed with one 46 lb. bag of A-114 Single Step Trowel Sand will yield 23 sq. ft. or 15 sq. ft. when installed at 1/4″ or at 3/8″ respectively. It can be installed monolithic with an integral cove base to form a seamless and sanitary installation which complies with USDA regulations.
ArmorClad RR should be installed in interior applications and meets with all VOC guidelines. ArmorClad is available in normal and faster cure formulations.

APPLICATION INFO
The ArmorClad RR System can be used with the VaporGard Coating System in applications where hydrostatic and vapor transmissions could be a potential hazard; and can be used with any of the Thermal-Chem companion and repair products (refer to catalog).
