#927 LINE STRIPING
A 100% SOLIDS EPOXY COATING WITH ADDED THICKENERS AND PIGMENTS
Line Striping Product # 927 is a two-component, 100% solids, epoxy coating that creates a dense abrasion resistant line coating used for line striping on wood, steel and concrete.
For best application results, pre-condition the material to between 80°F (27°C) and 90°F (32°F) if the substrate temperature is below 70°F (21°C).
USES / APPLICATIONS
Typical uses for Line Striping include:
- Aisle striping in factories, warehouses and auto repair shops.
- Vehicular parking strips in parking garages
ADVANTAGES
- Easy to apply epoxy coating becomes a monolithic part of the concrete substrate through chemical and mechanical adhesion properties
- Withstands abrasive wear conditions typically longer that other polymer striping materials
- May be applied on substrate temperatures from 40° to 100°F.
- May be applied to other coatings and polymer overlays

APPLICATION INFO
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Abrasively clean substrate for best results
- Test for adhesionon substrates that have had other than Thermal-Chem products applied before placing coating
APPLICATION AND COVERAGE
- Apply with a roller
- Apply in a one-coat application of between 6-20 mils in thickness depending upon the substrate.
- Do not mix product until ready to use
- Apply immediately after mixing
CLEAN-UP
Clean tools and equipment with mineral spirits, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) or toluene solvents before the epoxy cures. Read all safety data on solvents before using them.
